With more than 25 years of active practice and coaching in health, fitness and vitality, John draws elements from multiple disciplines, including Strength and Conditioning, Cardiovascular Training, CrossFit, Yoga and his understanding of the underlying  psychological behaviours that will help a person succeed in achieving truly holistic well being. 

 

John Clutterbuck’s Power Plans Training Programme works around each client’s lifestyle, environment and schedule and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative data to provide for individuals the proper level of support throughout their fitness journey, ensuring the most relevant training programme based on their specific needs.
